http://www.expansys.com.hk/p.aspx?i=144165 thats the chinese overlay for the english rom. I wonder if there is a product out there for backwards compatibility. a english overlay for a chinese rom. or best mamiach or helmi or ivan or whoever can make a english rom and post it in this thread. just replace the chinese wm5/wm6 os part with the enlgish wm5/wm6 os part? i wonder if its that simple. anyways guys try your best and please make a english os for us! we are really in desparate need of one! thanks!

on the expansys website, it says it can display english UI on chinese machine, so i will give it a try tonight and let you guys now

thanks.. be careful! dont brick your athena in the process. if it happens ask expansys for tech supp or a coverage ^^

i have search everywhere on the internet, couldn't find the software, and i don't want to buy it from expansys as well, so....i guess i don't know about this one

I tested it today with Athena.. the fonts looks ugly... Tweaking at the moment. For non-VGA devices such as Trinity, it looks ok.

wait, so you are using a chinese rom and after install this program, you will be able to convert the interface to english?

Yup hes right. It changes the entire UI to english. Actually an overlay. Like a translator.

did you buy it? or did you download it somewhere? i used to use CE-STAR before, didn't remember that it can transfer the UI to english...it wasn't old version as well.

I have CE-Star 2.8r3 but not be able to enable the English UI. How you do that? Can you share?

I think what you need is not CE-STAR , but CE-STAR English Suite, like the one in expansys.

i think in expansys is only CE-STAR Chinese UI...

i remember you can get it from their website, but i am not sure, anyway it should be available on internet somewhere when it's available
