email attachments on storage card

I did a hard reset the other day to clean up the registry. I was resetting up my email accounts, I use the built in messaging app, and when I set it to store attachments on storage card, it tells me storage card is locked and that I need to unlock it. However it worked prior to reset. I also tested by downloading a cab file to storage card and it worked fine. I have HTweakC installed and have mounted extrom, but not unlocked it. It shows as a storage cars in file explorer.
Is it possible that messaging sees extrom as the storage card? If so, how would 3 rediect it?

please delete. The solution came to me as I was posting. This is a htweak issue. it mounts extrom as a storage card. apparently os messaging ap sees this before externel card. I will talk to the htweakc guy. thanks
