Software to backup phone for Rom upgrade

I need to backup my internet settings, email settings, programs and emails.. Its not a big deal but they do take a long time to install. Is sprite Backup still the best? I have windows mobile 6 and does it work with wm6?

don't know if it will work with wm6, but can't imagine why not. be sure and follow the specific directions from the sprite website for using the restore function after a rom update....it involves a little more than just using the restore feature

Use SpB Backup.

And well, it will NOT work for moving settings from WM5 to WM6. But within WM6 it seems to work (for me.)

The Upgrade Mode Restore function from Sprite may not work cos the OS has been changed. However, it should be no problem to use Sprite Backup on a WM6 device. I have tried the Sprite with a WM6 device, it works great. :)
