SOS::Exchange Cingy 8525 for a new 8525 in first 30 days?

Hi!

After a lotta searching on the internet,I found that it can be returned for another Mobile in the first 30 days, but what I am wondering is,can I exchange it for another Brand new Cingy 8525 cos' myWiFi and Loud Speaker seems crappy?

Do they do the investigative work to replace it or will they gimme anothe rused Cingy 8525?

Pl reply,my 30 days will be over on a coupl a days.

i was having trouble with dead spots. it was weird my wife has the Cingular Razr phone and she would have full bars and i would have none, while we were right next to each other. So i went to cingular and exchange for new one within my 30 days. where did u buy the phone from? (cingular corporate store or retailer?) I got mine from Cingular Corporate store and they exchange with no problems or questions ASAP. they even offered me a discounted bluetooth headset

I bought it from Cingular store (not really sure if its retail or corporate) but I price matched my cingy 8525 for $299

I am facing with WiFi and Loud Speaker issues.

Are these reasons enough for an exchange?Did u get a brand new device in return??

Under 30 days, they should give you a replacement, new, unit.

I was having stability issues (before I found this forum) and asked for a new one. One was in the mail when I found the forums and applied the great patches/fixes. I ended up refusing delivery and have been happy with the original.
