question on rom custom

I had question wann a ask for advise

I had tried to add font files for multi language support
But i should put in

windows folder
or
windows\fonts

Since My problem is ,
I had putted in windows folder , it cannot be view and choose to use in word

but if it is really need to put in windows\fonts

can anybody teach me how to do ??
