HI All
Firstly a BIG thank you to all on this forum how have taken the time to post so much info about the new x7500/Advantage/Athena. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on my pending purchase of an advantage. I realise that it is down to me to decide whether or not to go ahead with my current pre order in the UK but I have some concerns now especially with the ROM and HDD issues raised here,
Basically I need to have a PDA that works well as a GPS and the reported fragility and ROM issues of the Advantage has me a bit worried.
As I said I fully realise that the question of should I/should I not buy it on release is open to opinion. I would jut like to know how many of you out there are going ahead on realease and how many are going to wait.
Thanks Guys

i will suggest you if you are with T-mobile or don't mind to sign up a contract with t-mobile, get the Ameo.
Only get the Advantage if you want the black one.
The rest of of the people should then get Dopod u1000

I've had some expensive phones and PDAs in my time, and I'm always very careful with my toys. I've never lost or broken any of them. I've owned the Ameo for 48hrs now, long enough to realise that for the first time, I will be taking out insurance for it. That gorgeous, delicate screen won't look so good if I drop the thing, or put it in my pocket wrong, or any other tragedies that I'm already having nightmares about.....
