Upgrade 8525 to 2.06?

Hey folks...

I'm trying to follow the upgrade instructions posted.

However, when I extract the .rar file I only have an "autorun.exe" file and 11 different .cab files.

All the instructions refer to nbh files, but I don't have any.

I know I must be missing a step. Does anyone have a Step by Step walk thru to upgrade the 8535 to the 2.06??

Don't know if you're following the steps correctly or not but it looks like you're extracting the Extended Rom. As LegolasTheElf says, it looks like the fundamental step you're missing is reading the WIKI.

I'd suggest you read it all, because with a basic error like that you are likely to make a BIG mistake some time soon which could brick your phone and cost $$$ to repair.

Have a go at some reading then come back with sensible questions - but as a tip, start by flashing the OliPro Hard-SPL 1.04 (displays as 1.10Oli) - this may save your device if (when) you mess up.
