Time changes when syncing

Every time I sync my phone with my computer it changes my time zone which then changes all of my appointment times. This is really frustrating and I can't figure out how to stop it.

Try going to Start -> Settings -> Phone -> Time Zones (tab) and unchecking "Automatic change time zone and clock". You may need to use HTweakC (or a registry editor) to enable the Time Zones tab, I can't remember.

I did that already. I just synced it and it didnt switch but it seems to do it randomly. Weird
