Anyone try taking off U1000/Ameo Housing ?

I was just wondering if taking apart the ameo or u1000 housing was a simple process. I really hate the look of the silver/white u1000 and ameo, but i was wondering if I could just take out the housing and spray it with some green or black car paint. Thanks for the input

man if you really hate the colour, you should go for Advantage, anyway, if you do decide to take apart the ameo, take a photo inside, so we know how easy to swap out the micro drive :)

Both of you, pls cool down a bit. Changing housing is not impossible, but a bit unnecessary since Advantage is going to be out very soon

I believe Asukal did open the housing of his U1000. (Took picture in his BLOG)
There is sticker available to put a "skin" on your U1000 if you hate the silver color.
