Hello to all portuguese Users! Now that I've figured out how to reconstruct ROMs,
I figured I could finally make a portuguese ROM available for your community.
This is a portuguese ROM Update created from Drug_Store's ROM Dump.
It does NOT contain GPS drivers and therefore GPS is not useable.
But I've been told there is interest in having a portuguese ROM, even without GPS.

About this ROM
================================
This ROM is based on a Rom-Dump of a portuguese Trinity.
The following item will be flashed:
- Operating System 1.15.410.2 in portuguese (Thanks to Drug_Store)

WARNING
====================
Since it is only flashing the OS partition, this Update should be relatively
safe. However every user should be aware of the risks:
If something goes wrong during Flashing (USB-cable removed, power outage) there is
a slim chance that your device is beyond (user) repair.

Installation
============
- Charge your Trinity
- Connect via ActiveSync
- Start ROMUpdateUtility and follow the instructions
- When SSPL is copied, confirm program launch on Trinity
- Wait (do not remove USB cable, better not use PC during flash)
If it times out, try copying and launching SSPL manually on your Trinity before you start the Updater

I would have loved to but I (obviously) don't own a portuguese Trinity that I could use as donor. If you find someone with a more recent rom, ask him to dump it and I can make a ROM (or you can, if you follow my tutorial in Wiki)

the HTC_P3600_PTG_1.15.410.2_6275_1.20.00.11_12201_Shi p.exe is the last Rom upgrade.

Is it available somewhere as complete ROM?
Would probably be a better idea instead of a reconstructed ROM.

Hi!

My Trinity is PT and has that rom (1.15.410.2).
I´m trying to make a dump of it.
If i can make the dump, and if you wish, i can do the upload.
But i don't know how to reconstruct the rom.

Edit: I didn't notice that the version of the rom posted in this thread is the same than mine! So, if you want, you can consider this post without efect. Sorry!

Looks like I'm using a wrong tool in my toolchain. The ROM works but you'll lose about 10MB of data space.

I'll work on a proper version now.

About the error on Bin creation, is like when some app sudently closes on XP, he presents a little box with report error things.

I´ll post a printscreen later if u want.

Its untested but I see no reason why it wouldn't work. Should give you about 12 MB more space (at least).

Not tested this one yet, but tested the previous one, and yes, somehow 10mb less... might had been some garbage I had on the phone... LOL
