Hi guys,

I installed "RUU_Trinity_DOPODASIA_WWE_1.23.707.6_6275_1.35.00. 11_108_Ship.exe" downloaded from this site for my Dopod D810 (Trinity) bought unlocked in Australia.

It has been working well including GPS / tomtom until last few days. The phone began to freeze frequently and the "Start" button displays repeatedly while playing games, watching a movie or even when idle.

Then today it froze again, I soft reset to discover the screen was not responsive to taps trying to enter my password. After having the device off for a few hours I was able to enter the password.

Not being to impressed, I decided to hard reset (right+left soft button + stylus reset) to clean start the phone. Now I can't get past the initial set up screen because the screen is not responding to the stylus again! I can't even update to new ROM because it won't sync with the PC.

What should I do? Any ideas???
Please help...

Thanks for the link.

This is so disappointing.:( I was hoping it would be a software issue.
I suppose I can try to have it repaired by Dopod Australia, but Australian distributors for any product tend to give you a runaround for a few months.
I can already imagine how much headache this is going to cause.
