Does anyone know of any fix to the issue of the time being shifted up an hour every time the device is connected to active sync. I found a fix at M$ but, it's for wm5 and won't install for wm6. There use to be a setting to disable syncronization of time with ppc but that option is not there anymore on active sync vs 4.5
Please excuse me if this has allready been addressed....I did conduct a thorough search of the forum...with no luck. ;)

Why should this be an issue at all?? If you have the device and your pc set to the correct timezone then you should not have any problems with the time going forward nor backwards on your device.

I've not had many WM6 related dst issues. WM6 has the patch built in. The issues I had were with recurring appointments that were initiated from WM not being recognized correctly by Outlook. I had to delete then re-add these to fix.

I have been having the same problem. It doesn't seem to matter which flavour of WM6 I am running. My timezone settings are the same on both my phone and pc, same time and everything.
But when I activesync my phone, the time is usually pushed back 1 hour. However sometimes it does something really strange. Sometimes it will completely change the timezone on my phone, and the time AND DATE will be off.
This only seems to be an issue with Windows Mobile 6 and Windows XP, I haven't been having this issue with Vista.
