It turned out that I have IPL v.1.00. Will it cause any problems and should I upgrade to the newer one?

I've upgraded to the 1.01 three days ago without problems.

I haven't noticed any difference after the upgrade. The machine boots in the same time (I think). The only difference I noticed is the version number.
