Hi gnafin. On my Cingular 8525, installing XpressMail gave me two icons in Start->Programs ... Xpress Mail Settings and Xpress Mail Calendar. The installation also added Xpress Mail Calendar as a plugin on my Today screen. In my configuration, the Xpress Mail Calendar syncs to my Outlook Calendar when I attach via ActiveSync at my work computer.

Using Contacts->Menu->Xpress Mail Contacts, you can retrieve selected entries from your Corporate Address Book and add them to your Outlook Contacts.

As this is my first PDA, I have no other experience to compare this with, but the setup works OK for me.

Hope this helps.

Sorry gnafin, but I really don't know. As I have stated, this 8525 is my first PDA experience, so I don't even know what you're referring to by the term "wireless sync".

I simply use Xpress Mail to push my email and calendar from my work account. XM does a fairly good job with this, when my Corporate Server is working at the same time as XpressMail's ;) I already have most of the corporate contacts I need in my Outlook Address Book, but whenever I need another one, it is easy to get using the XM Contacts thing I mentioned in my previous message. All of these happen wirelessly, except for synchronizing the two calendars, which seems to require an AS connection while I'm at my work PC.

Sorry I couldn't be more help than this. I hope somebody else here (who's got a lot more experience than I) can be of assistance.

Best regards, and good luck,
