Original Warranty after Upgrade

I am using windows mobile black v 1.2 with 1.38 radio. IPL is 1.01 and SPL is 1.06. If i change the spl to 1.13 or 1.30, can I revert back to 1.06 and can I claim the warranty on my Jasjam. If i have 1.13 or 1.30 spl can I install my original shipped rom?

Your device will have a MUCH smaller chance of being bricked due to an incorrect flash if you Upgrade your bootloader to HardSPLv4 (http://www.mrvanx.myzen.co.uk/hermes_guide/HardSPL.html).
Are you concerned about your warranty?? Because by flashing any of the cooked ROMs on here you have already invalidated that (technically speaking).
