View Full Version : Some buttons on slide out keyboard not working

I just received my JasJam after main board replacement and now I find that some buttons (O,P,L,<ENTER>, <WINDOWS>, <LEFT>, <RIGHT> and <DOWN>) aren't working! :(

I tried hard reset but that didn't solve the problem. Plz help.

That sounds right. There is no known software issue that makes keyboard behave like this. Much more likely they have not fully engaged the ribbon connector.
