Stuck at HTC screen.

I have a herm200 and when it boots up it stops at the HTC screen. I can get it into the bootloader screen by pressing the power and ok button at the same time as a soft reset but activesync thru usb will not connect to it. So I am at a loss on how to flash the rom or get this to load. Any help would be appreciated.

i have been able to try and load a new rom but i keep getting a error [262] when i use the update utility.

any suggestions would be great!

There is already ALOT of info on this predicament.
Goto this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=286755) and read through it.

I recommend reading through the wiki and also search the forum, you would have answered your question in minutes without needing to ask ;)

I actually did alot of reading on this site but sometimes finding information here is a little bit harder than you think. So thanks for the link to the thread. After a few tries i was able to fix the phone.
