I'm not an italian or itailian user but you could try the following. It is the TIM Settings
I'm assuming you have had MMS set up on your account with TIM
Setting up the data account
Tap on Start and then Settings.
Tap on the Connections tab.
Tap on the Connections icon.
Tap on the Advanced tab.
Tap on Select Networks.
Tap on New…
In the Enter a name for these settings: field, enter TIM MMS
Tap on the Modem tab.
Tap on New.
In the Enter a name for the connection: field, enter TIM MMS
Tap on the Select a modem: drop down list and select Cellular Line (GPRS).
Tap on Next.
In the Access point name: field, enter uni.tim.it and tap on Next.
In the Username: blank
In the Password field: blank
Tap on Finish.
Tap on ok three times.
Tap on x to close the settings.
Setting up the MMS profile
Tap on Start and then Messaging.
Tap Menu -> Options
Tap on MMS Account.
Tap on the Servers tab.
Tap on New.
In the Server name: field, enter TIM MMS
In the Gateway: field, enter 213.230.130.89
In the Port number: field, enter 9201 or 8080 (not sure which)
In the Server address: field, enter http://mms.tim.it/servlets/mms
Tap on TIM MMS from the drop down list.
Tap on WAP 2.0 from the WAP version: drop down list. (might need to be 1.2)
Tap on OK.
Tap on TIM MMS and tapSet as Default.
Tap on ok.
Tap on x to close the settings.
Sadly if it doesnt work I can't offer any more help.

Hi I own a Qtek S200 WM5 pocketdevices updated.
I know about a configuration tool which setup mms on the phone, I can search it on extRom than send to you, may be this tools work on registry values...
How do you feel this WM6 rom?
Also I've noticed huge CPU usage on WiFi activity on WM5, wm6 rom solve this issue?
