First you must scroll to the right under "Klingeltöne und mehr", click on "Software / Konfigurationen" and then on "Geräte-Software".

So, the Cracks can cook a full functionally unbranded AKU 3.3 rom...

hmm, i wasn't trying this rom, but IMHO this rom will not containt multilanguage option. simply because it was not distributed through t-mobile sites all over the world in the same time.
remember this is just an option - and therefore it will be used only for devices that are widely sold all over the world, probably not for out charmers.

Hi, I´ve updated my MDAcII with this new ROM and nearly everything is going fine after installing all my progs (WA2, iL, PB, PW and so on). There also is a little speedup in booting. BUT there is a big problem (wich I and some other user have now), any kind of traffic monitoring isn´t working any more. Normaly I use Smart Phone GPRS Monitor, but it didn´t show any traffic. Also the Connectivity Bubble only shows "Connected". With the old ROM it shows the exact time of the Connection length.

I tried the rom out for a day and liked it quite frankly, but as my german isnt that good, decided to downgrade... cant wait for aWWE version to be released nonetheless

even without your translation, I managed to change the registry entry (8<-->16)
Now the connection bubble shows the time of connection :-)
BUT, the monitoring of datatraffic isn´t working :-(
Maybe you have another "registry tweak"?

i have a big problem with this ROM version...
I have a German MDA Vario shipped with Version 1.6 and wanted to upgrade to this ROM but it hangs at 80% and dies with error 302.
Upgrading to AKU 2 was going fine...

A friend of mine has the same model and upgraded successfully to AKU3.
But he is usind Activ Sync 4.5 and i use 4.2 could this be a problem?

ideally it shouldn't be a problem, but it would be advised to upgrade your version of active sync anyway and retry to flash your device.
