Here you can find a valid promotion code so you can go to the next step: http://msmobiles.com/news.php/6209.html
Unfortunatly I got this message:
"Thanks you for your interest in Deepfish; At this time the tech preview has reached the limit of initially available installations. We will send you a notification if we make additional spots available at a later date."
But here it is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=300221&highlight=deepfish

To all the people looking to get their hand's on a activation code:
Forget it!
Microsoft gave away a limited number of codes, because this browser uses server-side rescaling of images. Since it is still beta, they probably have only limited server-capacity.
They are of course not stupid: every browser will tell the server it's IMEI (or equivalent unique identifier) and the activation code. If there are more than one devices with the same serial, the serial becomes blacklisted.
Because this works so well so far, I believe that this was one of the features actually being betatested... ;)
Cheers,
vma
