View Full Version : Windows Live on WM5 error

Hi all,

I've used the Windows Live Messenger on Windows Mobile 5.0 for a while now, and everything worked perfect, until now.
When starting the Windows Live Messenger I now suddenly get the error message as shown in the attached picture.

Uninstalling Windows Live succeeds, but reinstalling results in "Installation was unsuccesful".

I then removed the "Windows Live" folder in \Windows\Appmgr, but that didn't work as another new installation also ends up in "unsuccesful".

What to do?

Thanks a lot for the tip. Didn't know that the briefly-worded error I got meant "being expired".
Installed the NoDate version and it works again!! :)
