didnt found it in the forums about that - mhh what about a known bugs/issues wikisite for Roms?

I cant save another Ringtone on my Smart V2 WM6 Rom - its always back on the "default" Ring-WindowsMobile.

I tried another default, like Ring-Vision, but the setting isnt saved.

Try copying the ringtones in Root /My Ringtones folder. That should work

Did you install other audioplayer (gsplayer, Resco etc)? If you did, try associating mp3/mid/wav back to Window media player.

Hi.. i had problems initially when i put some extra ringtones in windows and recooked the rom. But after dropping them in My Ringtones folder, i had no more problems.. and they showed up in the sounds menu..
