Ok...

awhile back, I updated my MDA with hacked ROM that made bluetooth better (bluetooth 1.2 i think). anyway, i had no problems with loading new ROM. IPL is 2.17

now, i want to update to newer ROM. as instructed, i downloaded new Tmobile ROM 2.26 and tried to update my MDA.

during the install, i get an error saying my nbk file is corrupt and cannot proceed. so i have the tri color screen and i have to reload ROM 2.17. so my problem is that i cannot update to a newer ROM without fixing the nbk files that are corrupt.

anyone have any ideas on this??? i need help please....

tia,
mike

thanks...i have some more questions

1) i currently have a full backup of my stuff. if i reload the backup, will it interfere with my new ROM?

2) can you point me to where i can find wm6?

again, thanks for your help....
