Hi there,

After reading the wiki (which is GREAT) i still can't find a way to dump the radio rom from device. It seems possible to extract it from a packaged ROM but is it possible to dump it from my trinity.
I'm currently a subscriber of an operator that ships a strange radio rom version and would like to have the possibility to restore its rom after an upgrade.
I succesfully backuped the OS ROM and the ext-rom but can't find a way to backup this particular radio rom
Don't laugh, the radio rom version is : 32.65.7020.09Je32.65.7020.09H
That's the number shown on the device!!!!!! strange no?
(ROM version is 1.15.406.2, protocol is 32.65.7020.09H)

Thks in advance,
Lo

As far as I know this is not possible.
However you should consider this: does your provider allow unbraned devices to be used in their network? If they allow it, flashing to a nonbranded ROM should not be an issue because technically your device will be identical to a store-bought Trinity.

Many thks for your answer.
They allow nonbranded ROM so I agree with you it should'nt be a problem to upgrade. It's just the same old question of warranty and rom version if there's any problem in the future (even non related to the rom upgrade)

Many thks again
