i cant upgrate my rom

i"m tryning to upgarte to Helmi_UNI_AKU3[1].5_v1.3.rar
after soft reset the JJ is connected to the PC i"m running activsync
and when i want to update the rom i get the nessage that the JJ is not connected and thaT I HAVE TO Check that the jj is conncted and that the JJ us powerd on. and the JJ stuck on boot screen

my friend told me that there is a" cid locked " or somthing like that
can anyone help me?

Try using the uniExitbootloader from this thread..

This will take your universal out of bootloader mode.

Also, read the wiki regarding how to put your device in bootloader mode and then use the included MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to perform the upgrade
