a big problem on my 838pro

i have same problem on my Dopod 838pro(HK ver),
my 838pro shows "No GSM" when booting..
i tried the solution from http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...blems#problem5,

i download 838pro rom(HK ver) to SD card and boot it, just shows "Checking....." message, i wait for long times still no respons.......

all upgrade programes (e.g. ROMUpgradeUt.exe,MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe) can't connect with 838pro.....

when i open mtty.exe and i try to type below command

You can get your 838Pro to SIS(Dopod International Hong Kong Authorized Service Centre) to repair.
I have the same problem(No GSM).They said my 838Pro's mainboard damaged......need to change(but need to wait coz no board to change.....:( :( :( )

Could you run mtty and run the "checkimage" command.

btw, you have bootloader 1.04, your problem is easy to fix. READ.
