in upgrading wizard going to stop and my phone is stoped on qtek screen on boot after any hard or soft reset please help me what can i do?

I think you have Upgrade with a wrong Firmware Loader. What have he does? IPL/SPL Upgrade? Radio ROM? OS?
Normal ... you Flash the original QTek ROM back and it works.
