Cid unlocking error

While i was Cid unlocking the device at step 7 when i reset my phone. the screen is stuck at the welcome screen which indicates:

IPL: 1.00
SPL: 2.13.0000
GSM: 02.20.21
OS: 1.0.13.21

i tried to hard reset but it didnt work, please any suggestions?

Put your device into bootloader mode and reflash the WM5 ROM you have, like Qtek 2.20 WWE or O2 2.15, e.g.!

i tried but it would give errors.

anyway's here's so solution in case somebody had a similar problem (took me damned 5 hours to solve it!)

tried so many different things, the fastest and easiest is to enter bootloader.

and install this Rom RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe

and it Works!

for some reason the official Rom didnt work...
