I have a vodafone v1640 (htc universal). Is it possible to upgrade this so that it can play h.264 encoded files ? When I try and play one, I gert a message come saying that due to intellectual rights, this has been removed or disabled, I then get picture but but no sound. Is this a registry setting or a new rom required. Or can i download a player which will play them ?

Rik.

Get CorePlayer, it plays H.264 videos with AAC.
