Time resets when using Activesynch

I am using mail2web and everytime I do an activesynh via my computer, my time resets 18 hours ahead.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have the right timezone selected and UNCHECK auto timezone.

Here's anothe rthing I found out.
In Outlook, when making an appointment, make sure you pick a tiemzone.
This seems to have fixed my time issues.
