Ipaq 4150 Upgrade

I have a HP Ipaq 4150 Pocket Pc itstalled with Windows CE 4.20.
and i want to know there any update available for this unit.
if yes then please give me the correct link to download. and can i update windows mobile 5.0 to this ipaq?
also i want to know how can i use Tamil Unicode letter on this unit.

You want your iPAQ 4150 to be upgraded to a HTC universal? I'm not sure if that has been done before. Biggest problem will be making the keyboard stick to the side of the iPAQ.
