It's a problem with your ActiveSync.
This is how to solve it:

Create the following on your PC:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows CE Services]
Create a dir: "AllowLSP"=dword:0

Do it on your PC:
1- Click Start --> Run --> type "regedit"

2- Find on your registry brower HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows CE Services

3- Add a DWORD with name = "AllowLSP"
