replace lcd display

I need to replace my lcd display, I bought a new one on ebay but now I can'T disable the upper Display part of the body. I removed 4 screws on the bottom but the case doesn'T open.

Anybody has some experience with this?

Just pry it open with a finger nail?

Actually, I also replaced my LCD, but I cannot remember having trouble opening it.

BTW There is a manual about how to open it. It's the "confidential"manual on the ftp site (ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Universal/Manuals/confidential/). Go to page 13 and follow instructions.

shaped like that, 4 on the metal strip and 2 in the casing. get a knife or screwdriver and carefully lift each part of the case whilst going round
