File cannot be opened

Hi, Can anyone help.
I have several error messsages that came up after performing a soft reset.
WisBArAdv2 cannot be opened. Reinstall or restore this file. This is also happening for CoolCamera / Fizz Traveller / Hitchhiker / Resco / Ringo / Sprite.
I hadn't done anything prior to soft reset and am blaming the kids for fiddling with the phone. Any ideas? PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

How about providing exact error messages and more detail?

And yes, kids fiddling with the phone can cause problems ;).

Sorry about the vagueness, I'm new to this.
The message says ''The file XXXXX cannot be opened. Either ir is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstal or restore''
