Problems upgrading with 1.40 Olipro

Guys,

I have a problem; I can't upgrade to another WM6 cooked rom because I passes all the steps perfectly but if it goes into bootloader mode it stays there and the progress bar will not show...
And finally it will timeout with a connection error....
Any suggestions?

Don't blame on Olipro (perhaps say "thanks for avoiding me a tytn brick").

This happens regularly to me too.
1) Switch USB port
2) Turn Outlook OFF

This helps me getting past the timeout (error 260)

I have same problem, I'am not able to flash older radio rom with RUU_upgradeNoID for example..

You can only do this with SPL-1.04 or HardSPL-1.10 (which is based on 1.04).

So when I downgrade to HardSPL-1.10 I should be able to do it? Is the information howto downgrade to HardSPL-1.10 on the Wiki?
