Well, my Pulsar 260 arrived yesterday and unike every photo I've seen of the product, the cord is actually 43" long. Yes, a bluetooth stereo headset with a 43" long cable.

Needless to say I'm returning it, but here is the funniest thing. The product manager for Plantronics told me that that cord length was intentional and intended for women to clip it on their purse.

Ah, what's the point? And if that's such a big selling feature why show pictures of an obviously differnt design on their website and and in their press releases/packs.

Anyone out there who see's a need for ANY bluetooth device to have a 43" cable?

i got one too and had to send it straight back to where it came from. What is the point of having this huge ass wire. I wasn't impressed either with the sound quality either. I have their old stereo headset the 590 and love it is just ito big. I just recieved the motorola S9 two days ago. Sound good, as light as a pair of sunglasses, stylish, and I can where them in public. I can't complain

Agreed the headphones defy logic. People who's first encounter with a Bluetooth product happens to be the 260 will NEVER buy Bluetooth again - from anyone.

I sent my unit back to Plantronics on Monday Priority Mail.

It's been received according to the USPS, however I have not heard any update about my refund from my contact.
