Big problem

I upgrade my Qteks200 to WM6 and now i have only Booting screen

IPL 2.09
SPL 2.20.0000
GSM 02.47.21
OS 10.2.0.8


nothing happend ...

Do you hard reset your ppc after install? If not, do it ;)

Definatelly hard reset. If you got no results, then reflash again downgrading previously to a 2.20... for instance: no vendor rom.

I got the same problem with Moonracker. After hard reset:

press Send to restore factory default,
Other keys to quit
Format FAT partition
Format failed

Please help...!!!

@ezuanizam - I've had the same problem, you have to enter bootloader mode:
1. Press power button, you will see the screen with system version etc.;
2. Connect Prophet to the computer (usb cable);
3. Press and hold Power Button + CommManager Button + soft-reset device by the stylus;
4. Now you are in the bootloader mode, run on your computer the last ROM-update utility with ROM that worked properly on your device (or another that you are sure works correctly, I've used Jester's AKU3.3 WM5 ROM);
5. Wait until the proper ROM is installed - Prophet should work without any problems.

Do you use the newest ActiveSync (ver. 4.5)?
Have you seen the tri-coloured screen of bootloader mode with IPL and SPL numbers? Has there been in the left-bottom corner of the screen written "USB" while your Prophet has been connected to the computer?
