Sorry to start a new thread but i just want to inform everybody. Mapking unable to load is because of the radio. Just flashed 1.34 and now mapking load. using black pro 2.0. flash radio 1.34 at wiki using autodetection mode. i am on latest hard spl. So faster flash your radio and finally mapking load. thanks for shogun, jj, lswv, xda-developers.com. My hermes finally rocks!

Just like to feedback, i had the same problem.
Was on 1.43.00 radio and couldn't get Mapking 2007 or Mapking R12 to load. Only Mapking G10 worked. There's this popup with alot of boxes (i assume its a Chinese and appears as boxes) when you try to start.
I downgraded to 1.38.00 (Orange) and voila! It worked :D
I wonder how the radio would have affected Mapking but nevertheless, it's fixed for now.

after extensive reading on xda-developers. i realised the mapking problem is due to sd card. they suggest format the sd card. But i already format. so this this time i fast format my sd card to Fat32 again then i slow format it again. now mapking successfully load. thanks everybody

Yeah! It's nothing to do with the radio versions. I'm successfully using Mapking 2007, Garmin Mobile XT and Franson GPSGate 2.5 inside Dopod WM6 official with Radio 1.47.

Bingo!!!!! The mapking2007 is works again on my HTC Diamond, Thanks a lot.
P.S. Don't use your desktop pc diskeeper to do defragment on your PPC. It would cause the above problem.
