There is such interesting device:

HTC 3-in-1 USB Adapter
Features:
11pins to 11pins HTC adapter, with USB port and 3.5mm Stereo Head Jack, you can connect to your own headphone or amplifier for audio and the USB port, you are able to charge the device via USB cable at the same time.

Support :
HTC P4350/HTC Herald/Dopod C800/Dopod C858
HTC Trinity/HTC P3600/Qtek P3600/Orange SPV M700/Dopod D810/Dopod CHT9100
O2 XDA Orbit/HTC P3300/HTC Artemis/Qtek G200/Dopod P800W/Dopod M700/T-Mobile MDA Compact III/Orange SPV M650
O2 Xda Cosmo/HTC Excalibur/HTC S620/T-Mobile Dash/Dopod C720W

HTC MTeoR/HTC Breeze/Dopod 595/Qtek 8600

Of course I can not say if it's working flawlesly with all listed devices, but with my HTC P3300 (Artemis) it works great.

I received one extra adapter as a present, so if you are in the Netherlands and interested to have it, I can sell my second adapter for 10 EUR. Please PM me with the suggestions

Well if you have a Hermes, no amount of adapters will make the FM radio work... Doesn't have an FM radio chip onboard.

Artemis has radio but if you plug in the headphones via an addapter like the one shown above it doesn't work, neither does it work if you use the mini USB to 3,5MM socket version, great for normal headphones but forget using the radio with these - Mike

Yes, I have Artemis with FM on board.

Thanks for an answer,
I thought that adater includes piece of wire that can be uses as FM antenna.

The addapter does not contain the correct conections to enable the Artemis to use it as an aerial so you get no reception when doing this. The only other way I know of is to cut your plug off the supplied headset and solder up a 3,5MM socket to it (there are some wiring diagrams of how to do this in the Artemis section of this forum) - Mike
