Device freezes up after unzipping!

Hello, this is a constant issue where my Wizard freezes after unzipping. Every time where previous archives were deleted, a pop up box states that file cannot be found, and I have to tap ok to get rid of the box, but more boxes pop up, tap ok, tap ok, on and on. When there's no more pop up boxes, my device freezes, and I have to soft reset. I dread having to get a program that is a zip file because of this. My clock was set 180 when it did this, but my clock is set constantly at 228 and does the same thing. Does anyone else have this problem?
