Photo contacts with Faria's [real thing]

I'm using Outlook 2007 and ActiveSync 4.5. I don't know what the problem is. It used to do it when I'm in Vista with 2007 but I can't do it in XP with 2007. Now, my internet and Mobile Device Sync is no longer working in Vista so I have to use XP.

Is this a problem in the ROM or with ActiveSync. According to MS's website, it should support photo contacts. Does anyone have this problem or am I alone on this one?

What exactly is the problem? Is it not saving the contact pix into outlook?

I should've been clearer. My device did a hard reset for some reason so I had to reinstall all of my apps and resync all of my contact. I noticed that the contacts with photos on them are not getting synced to the phone.
