Cingular Connection Setting CAB Creation, Help

I'm looking for someone that can create a CAB for Cingular connections settings that has the following.

SMS
MMS
MEDiaNet
MyISP using the following settings
ISP.CINGULAR
ISPDA@CINGULARGPRS.COM
CINGULAR1
No Proxy
IP Header Compression ON
Software Compression ON

Can one of you really bright devs help me and other cingy folks with this.

If someone takes this on we might also want one that does the non accellerated ISP@CINGULARGPRS.COM.

Doesn't wpbear's .cab do this for you?
