Imate Jasjar issues

Hello,

I have 2 issues with my universal.
1.) I cannot send or recieve multimedia messages. Can someone help me with this and give me the settings.

2.) I have an internet problem. I can sign on anf when I try to open a page it goes throught the connecting and locating stages fine, but gets stuck on the opening stage. I am running WM6
