something wrong with the camera

Hi folks,

i think i've got a problem with my camera, there are two sort of lines that are appearing when i use it (while and after)

i don't use my camera very often, so i can't say exactaly when it started.

BTW, unfortunely the car isn't mine :D

ps: i'm not sure, but maybe, just maybe, it could have started after the last htc rom upgrade.

10 days after i received my p3600, my 2Mp camera displayed the same lines.
htc support told me that the device is defective.
I send it back for a remplacement.

I can confirm that this 2 lines are not normal. Return the unit.

BTW, the car it's beautiful !

Last weekend ´ve changed my ROM to see if it was a software issue, as expected, it wasn´t.

well, in a dilemma here...

the thing is: i live in brazil and there are no HTC official dealers here. my trinity was bought from a guy who imports gadgets by himself and he told me that usually takes 35 days to send it to HTC and have it back, also, he said that HTC decides if it was bad usage or not... If they say that it was my fault, they will charge the shipping and reparing costs..

i don´t know what to do... i mean, trinity´s camera isn´t that good and i don´t use it very often, without say that 35 days are a lot of days. however it doesn´t fell right to have something which is broken....
