Can`t sync my BA by activesync

I`ve been trying to solve this and found nothing about this problem.
I was able to sync my Blue Angel with my pc and laptop but it all of a sudden stopped to sync. It tries to connect but then it says that there is a problem with the connection. I have Wm5 installed 5.04.10 WWE.
It started to happen both in my laptop and pc, So I assume that it is all because of the phone or craddle. I tried cold reset and still get the same problem.:mad:
Please I need help...:confused:

I've got the same issue and I'm blaming it on my sync cable going bad.

I tried plugging the phone into a machine that had never seen my phone before and got the same error, but I can sync via bluetooth. Hard resetting the phone didn't fix it either.

I've noticed that when this happens, the phone will show that it is charging, but in reality does not.

Also, the wall charger charges the battery normally.

So, once I get a new cable, I'll know if it is the cable or the phone itself.

I'd try for a cable, it's the cheapest fix.
