How to improve GSM reception?

In my office the GSM reception is not very good, what solution do I have to improve it ?

Is it even possible ?

There's a possibility, you can buy an external antenna. It plugs into the port covered by the rubber gommet.

read the last post, someone said that it boost the gsm signal.

You could also try using just GSM on your band selection(Settings/Personal/Phone/Band and set to GSM instead of AUTO)
