Okay, I have searched (trust me) and found some posts on this topic but not concerning cooking the rom in the first place.

What I want to do is modify the splash screens, I know how to do welcomehead.96.png (Simple change it) in the SYS folder, but what about the initial splash screen, how do you modify (create new one) for it. (Find it would be nice)

Thanks so much for your whole-hearted guides. Could u build OEM package for adjusting vibration and for adjusting outspeaker's volume. I hate P525's vibration. It's too loud and strong to down the ringtone. I want a louder speaker also.
