Big Problem with bootloader!

Hello i have a big Problem with the bootloader of my Charmer. After flashin a new rom the Charmer can`t start. I tried to reflash my old rom but i can`t even enter bootloader. It is interessting that i only can start the bootloader when my Charmer ist connected with the charger. So what can i do ?
