Is there a way for my to create the shortcuts that are left out of ROMs that I need for some programs to work [like my different themes in WAD?]

Open a shortcut with notepad(drag it into), change the name and location of your file, and voila

I like using ActiveSync's Explore function to create the shortcut...
Just locate the file you want to create the shortcut for, right click, create shortcut, VOILA...
Rename the shortcut if need be (which I always do, "shortcut to XXX" is so lame) and move it whereever you want..

That too ;) I was used this way because prior building the rom you can't do that. :)

Or one word... GSFinder (also free). I've replaced Total Commander with this. Works a little different, so takes a little getting used to switching from TC, but I really like it now :)
