Ive read the wiki properly and search the net thoroughly, and none provide a solution, and this is my last hope.

I cant hard reset my ba, you know the one which enters a screen with the line of word with selection of YES or NO. i cannot excute the selection or exit from that screen other than actually pressing reset again using the stylus, seems to be, my MAIL button is not functioning or broken.

is there other alternative?

probably via bootloader and mtty;

never played with Blue Angel, but, assuming there's a different key for bootloader mode; go into the BL and use mtty to type in "task 28"

maybe its a stupid suggestion but you can remove main battery and wait untill backup battery drain.... Im not sure how long will that take.

Im suggesting this bcoz few days ago when I intend to buy my 9090 it came with empty backup battery (long time in the box) and every time I removed main battery it resseted to factory settings until I charged it fully.

Guess that that is the same as hard reset, only problem is that Im not sure how long will it take to drain backup battery but if that is the only solution then theres nothing to lose.

Orrr... just use task 28 from the bootloader

Hello. Thanks for your answer. I do it with task 28. Now I'm going to try to downgrade from wm6 to wm2003 to see if my buttons become to work properly.
Thanks.
